Do you sell my calls to other roofers?
No. We don't sell calls or customers. Your customers call your number, and we answer for you. We never send them to another roofer.
What if it's a roof leak in a storm?
If anyone is in danger, it tells them to hang up and call 911 first. If not, it gets the address and number fast and sends the call to your cell.
What if it books something wrong?
We tell it which jobs you take, where you work, and which times are open. It texts you each one it sets. If it isn't sure, it takes a message. If something's off, text us and we fix it.
Does it put jobs on my calendar?
No. It sets a time with the caller and texts you right away. You add it to your calendar.
Do I have to learn anything?
